How much responsibility for the tunnel incident does Michigan State head football coach Tucker have?

This article by Daniel Chavkin states that on Saturday night, a football game between Michigan State and Michigan took place at Michigan Stadium. Michigan beat Michigan State 27-9. Postgame, an altercation took place between four Michigan State players and a Michigan player. The four Michigan State players received a suspension. Based on the information in the article, I believe that these four players should be held accountable and charged for this crime. I assume this because the Michigan State players jumped him and assaulted him with no self defense involved stating that they sparked the fight. Another reason I think they should face criminal charges is because they used their helmets to assault their victim. This is a very dangerous weapon that can sometimes not only damage someone terribly but eliminate them. I think these players should have some legal actions given to them by the authorities because what happened after Saturday's game was unacceptable.I think the Mel Tucker incident where Tucker hits the fan for touching his head was uncalled for from Tucker’s part. This incident is understandable though because the fan shouldn’t have touched his head to begin with. I think Tucker should at least get a fine. Mel Tucker has lots of responsibility for what occurred on Saturday. The altercation with the fan wasn’t a good look for Tucker. Furthermore, his team jumped a person on the opposing team. The coach's job is to coach his players and they took a conflict from football and took it out of the game, assaulting a man that has no reason to be assaulted. This is at the head of coach’s Mel Tucker's team. Not only that but Tucker didn’t even address his altercation with a fan as stated in the article “Tucker didn’t address the altercation with the fan while speaking with the media after the game.” I think Mel Tucker should be fined by the Big Ten because of how uncoordinated him and his team were on Saturday night. This is something unprofessional and someone at his position needs a better job at controlling and desisting it. I don’t think anything legal or any authorized legal actions should happen against him because at the end of the day he didn’t commit the real crime. Saturday’s game was a mess and something that Michigan State needs to reflect upon in order for their team to have a good reputation in the future.
